Mishka Coati Coffee is a exotic coffee that is produced by a native coati of the peruvian central jungle. This animal eats the cherry of the coffee selecting only the most exquisite thanks to their keen sense of smell; the coati don't bite the beans of the coffee (It just swallows them), then these beans are in their stomach about four hours (the time approximate of the digestión of the coati), by not being able to digest, it ejected the whole grains, previously fermented by the gastric juices of the animal.


Note that our coffee is Arabica origin with beans bourbon, typica and caturra getting a perfect combination with a chocolaty, nutty flavor and an exquisite fragrance, these coffee plantations are specially grown under shade.
Due to the animal's diet that is usually fruit as: orange, papaya, pineapple, cacao, bananas, etc and the natural process of fermentation, the coffee get a chocolaty flavor and fruity.
Of the dregs is chosen the beans, it washed, dried, then it is toasted at 220 ° Celsius to remove any bacteria and the result is the most exotic coffee of the world.
